Job Description:

  • Operational Management: Responsible for overall performance of the shift including performance and adherence to schedule.
  • Queue management
  • To ensure daily tasks are completed within time to avoid any complaints
  • Take ownership of special projects to make dept. more efficient and effective
  • Participate in calls and meeting as representative of the Dept.
  • Assist other depts. when they seek help
  • Coordinate with cross functions such as HR, Admin, IT, Software based on the requirement
  • Share feedback to direct reports as and when needed
  • Conduct monthly performance review for direct reports
  • People Management, including all HR related issues, as well as staff development.
  • Training and development of staff
  • Conducting performance appraisal for direct reports
  • Take process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute for the initial hiring and selecting process of the front line if needed
  • Recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same.
  • Communication and being a focal point of dissemination of information from Manager to team and vis versa.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the department's strategies
  • Committed to meet or exceed set volume and productivity targets
  • Sensitive to customer / business needs and solution driven
