Manage asset and update the report according with Asset Tags
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time;
Can manage service desk projects individually
3.Good knowledge of Active Directory Administration.
4.Good Networking Knowledge.
5.Should have knowledge on WSUS Patch deployment.
6.Should have knowledge on Sonicwall.
7.Should have good knowledge on Group policy configuration / File server management / DHCP / DNS etc.
8.Shold have good Troubleshooting skills.
9.Experience in monitoring tools and working experience in SD Ticketing system.
10.Excellent written and verbal Communication.
11.Shoul be good team player.
12.Can work in 24X7 rotational shifts
