Job Description

  • The person will be the Point of Contact for forecasting and planning with the Client Partners.
  • Manage and review the planning of staff for the enterprise across partners.
  • Collection & Analysis & Reporting of project/agent/department performance statistics
  • Manage long-term forecast/staff plan and lead monthly staff plan/budget meeting.
  • Analyze and report historical data and trends and develop forecast models
  • Expertise of capacity planning models is must.
  • Work with partners to ensure the staff is onboard in time.
  • Work with partners to coordinate multi skill training for existing advisors.
  • Recognizes and recommends operational and support improvements for the enterprise
  • Initiates and manages all forecasting and planning communications between centralized WFM team and Clients partners.
  • Manage proactive approval and denial of discretionary activities such as vacations, trainings, meetings
  • Generate new forecast when current day forecast has high deviation from actual
  • Fill overtime and under time availability
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed
  • Lead weekly and daily staffing review meetings with management and intraday analysts detailing previous and current week's performance and forecasted performance.

Salary: INR 5,50,000 - 6,50,000 PA.
