JOB DESCRIPTION

DESIGNATION - Process Trainer (Day Shift)
SUB - DEPARTMENT - Imaging - Payer
DEPARTMENT - Imaging Department

RESPONSIBILITIES:
"Deliver classroom Training on process to new employees
Keep attendance and other records for the training batch
Monitor employee performance and response to training
One-to-one coaching sessions with Trainees for improvement
Support and mentor new employees during OJT
Report overall performance of Trainees to Management
Design effective training programs based on requirement
Update training documents when there is a change in process
Coordinate with OPEX Team to conduct product assessment on regular basis
Liaise with OPEX / Operations to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
Take care of the whole training process "

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION DETAILS: Minimum Graduates
WORK EXPERIENCE DETAILS:Experienced

OTHER SKILLS:
Must have good organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
Logical reasoning
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer/ client service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
