Role MIS Reporting, Analytics, Data Management
Primary Purpose: Responsible for creating Business Intelligence structure for Human Resource department. Data Management, Data Mining and Automation to design & develop various management dashboards. Align automation to support HR team and Analytics team. Provide recommendations to update current BI structure to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Key Job outcomes:
Working with Human Resource BI team to develop BI structure for HR team and further for the entire organization.
Design/Develop automated tools to improvise tracking and reporting mechanism
Creating various management level & ad hoc dashboards
Develop and maintain Insentivisation for the HR team
Working effectively with co team members to achieve team targets
Perform data analysis, data mining & data formatting for generating reports on periodic basis
Generate/developing both periodic and ad hoc reports/dashboards.
Design/develop the agreed upon solution in MS Excel/MS Access with VBA/SQL Programming.
Implement and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
Excellent in advanced MS Excel, VBA & SQL (MS Access)
Reporting to Sr. VP for all functional purpose.
Interfacing with Global Recruitment team and internal HR vertical.
Interface with Professional Networks (If any).
Engineering/Statistics degree preferable

Experience: 3-5 Yrs, as MIS Reporting and Data Management.
A. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
B. A proven track record with excellent academic background
C. High level of computer proficiency, primarily Excel/PowerPoint.
