Job Description

Emailing and other communications:
Send scheduled emails basis set structure (i.e. Holidays, Promotion, etc.)
Send adhoc appreciation email
Manage CAO's email account (need basis)
Coordinate for the meetings
Calendar:
Manage daily/weekly schedule
Evaluate adherence and schedule timelines
Send out GTM invite
Coordinate with company employees for meeting
Gather and maintain agenda for meetings
Document creation:
Preparing presentations in PPT
Creating memos and circulars
Recording minutes of meetings
Drafting guidelines/policies basis guidance of CAO
Graphical representation of data & preliminary analysis
Meetings
Capture deliverables and MOM of CAO's meetings
Follow up with participants or schedule adherence and post meeting deliverables
Capture message and relevant information for CAO
Ensure Data is ready for meeting
Ensure readiness of meeting room and facilities required to conduct meeting
Managing documents and key information:
Managing information in various tools (Email, Bitrix, OneNote)
Keeping critical information at centralized location
Create inventory of minutes of meetings and agenda discussed
Handle legal documents with care and process as per guidance
Gathering status & update of tasks assigned to other departments
Managing process update - Update flow and inform team to follow

Required Candidate profile

Excellent English communication skills ( Written & Verbal)
Excellent with Ms Office ( Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoint )
Hands on experience in working with US employee
Flexible to Shift Timings
Ready to Work in Night Shift ( 9:00 p.m to 6:30 a.m.)

Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 4,25,000 PA.
